HEADLIFE

HEADLIFE is one of the most promising Dutch pop-rock bands of the moment. With their roots in The Hague and Rotterdam, this 5-man formation has a firm and energetic sound. This sound is also characterized by tight beats, clever guitar riffs and “straight from the heart” vocals.

HEADLIFE has played on many sold out venues and festivals like “Parkpop”, “Lollipop” and “5-daagse van Doetinchem”. “Het Paard van Troje”, a well known pop stage in The Hague, has booked them for their very own show in November 2009.

Cassette, South-Africa’s no.1 rock band asked HEADLIFE to be their support act in 2007 for their Dutch tour. In 2008 they were featured at the big international festival “Popkomm” in Berlin together with other Dutch bands like Voicst, Racoon and Moke! HEADLIFE achieved great success which resulted in a tour through Germany in June 2009, performing in cities like Köln, Osnabrück and Berlin.

The demo “Man’s Ruin” was well received and enjoys a lot of airplay. The single “Just for You” was used by a big company for their commercial.

In the spring of 2009 HEADLIFE was very successful with a live performance on radio 3FM and as a support act for Claw Boys Claw.
In July 2009 HEADLIFE signed a sponsor deal with the worldwide known brand Body Glove. This will result in new merchandising available in November.

HEADLIFE was recording new songs this August, aiming for the launch of a new E.P. at the end of 2009.
